- I have a question about the soul mission. Sometimes everything seems so makeable around us, everyone having big goals and missions. I myself have always found that very difficult to feel in my life despite the passions to work with children.I wonder if it is important to become aware of your soul mission or if, on the contrary, it is totally unimportant for some on earth to know this. As if we can't consciously access it.
- I have pain in different parts of my body all the time. One is gone and the other is already coming again. Now I have read that this can be due to a dysregulated nervous system. There is a lot on the Internet about regulating the nervous system, but there are many different ways. Also many different coaches who claim to offer the perfect method. But what would be a good way to regulate your nervous system and get out of the fight/flight mode?
- I am getting so many things on my path right now that I don't really know how to follow it. is going very fast, sometimes can't keep up with it in terms of speed. how can I best deal with this? what route should I take? Should I work more with people, children, or not at all?

- Thank you guys. I recognize the pattern as an old pattern of adapting to the other and the environment (my parents). Thought I was pretty much over that already.... turns out not so. What I learned from the broken relationship is clear to me and I am grateful for that. Then another “nice gentleman” came along (unsolicited) who dumped me after 5 encounters. I still don't understand/feel why and who I really am then. My exitement has “disappeared”.
- yes beautiful...recognizable also the pendulum road. had the passion for art...and to work with children and yet now a second time longer in rest (burnout and now long-covid). i enjoy now especially being a mom ...but is so different than working for years so full of passion. That is why it sometimes feels as if I was not on the right path before, because the work led to an outburst. nice to hear your explanation about just feeling exitement in the moment for what is there at that moment. trust the process

- yes philip....in my rehab that also came up. that that is scientifically the only proven effectiveness through breathing to regulate the nervous system
