The All is One, the One is All
The third universal truth is that all things — seen and unseen — are connected.
All is One. The One is All.
Everything is an expression of Consciousness.
Whether we call it “The Field,” the Great Spirit, Source, the Tao, or simply “the One” — we are pointing to the same underlying reality.
From that perspective, we are not separate fragments. We are individual expressions within one larger whole.
And what we create, feel, and transmit is also part of that same shared field.
For many people, the idea that all humans are one being can feel abstract.
So here is a simple image that often helps.
Imagine you are a small island in the sea.
Everything above the water is your body and your conscious mind.
But the island continues under the surface — deeper into the subconscious — until it finally levels out.
At that depth, something becomes clear: the “separate islands” are connected beneath the surface.
What looks separate above the water is part of one landscape below it.
We look at other islands and assume separation.
Yet beneath the surface, we are connected.
All is One.
All is Consciousness expressing itself.
