  Surrounded by stunning mountain vistas, the villa’s outdoor spaces are perfect for morning Qi Gong, evening stargazing, or simply soaking in the serenity of nature.

Meals and Shared Participation

  Apart from the arrival day and the celebratory last evening, dinners will be on your own.
  You’ll have the opportunity to explore local restaurants or enjoy a quiet evening as you prefer.

Transportation for Shared Adventures

To make our journey through the Bucegi Mountains seamless and enjoyable, we’ve arranged three rental cars for the retreat.
These will be used for transporting participants to the breathtaking locations on our itinerary, as well as for airport transfers to and from Bucharest.

In keeping with the family-like spirit of the retreat, we warmly invite a participant to step in as a third driver alongside Jacqueline and me.
If you feel comfortable taking the wheel, your contribution would add a meaningful touch to the shared experience and help us all navigate this incredible adventure together.

We are delighted to offer comfortable accommodations in a serene mountain villa with 9 thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Because this is an intimate, family-like retreat, room assignments are based on ensuring a harmonious group dynamic rather than a simple first-come, first-served basis.
With 12 people sharing this transformative experience, we value creating a supportive and connected environment.

• Accommodation: A room in our serene mountain villa.
• Transport: All transportation during the week, using the rented cars and airport transfers to and from Bucharest.
• Meals: Daily breakfast and packed lunches for our adventures.
• Entry Fees: Access to all planned locations, including sacred sites and landmarks.
• Guidance: Our facilitation and guidance throughout the retreat.

What’s Not Included:

To allow you some freedom and flexibility, the price does not include:

• Your flight to and from Bucharest.
• Dinners: Apart from the first evening and the celebratory last night, dinners are not included, giving you the opportunity to explore local restaurants or enjoy a quiet evening.
• Unplanned Activities: Any personal excursions or trips outside our planned itinerary.

Down Payment / Deposit

To secure your place on this transformative retreat, a non-refundable deposit of €725 is required upon registration.
This deposit ensures your participation and covers the fixed costs we must arrange in advance, such as accommodations and transportation.

Language spoken

Dutch and English will be spoken during this Retreat to ensure that everyone can express themselves clearly and to create a supportive environment for all involved.

Preparations

Are you already feeling the excitement of this magical journey to the Bucegi Mountains?

As part of our retreat planning, we’ll be exploring the area in advance and will share updates and tips with you before departure.
Here are some important preparation tips to help you get ready:

• Good Walking Shoes Are Essential
  Many of the sacred sites and power places require walking through uneven terrain, so sturdy, comfortable walking shoes are a must.

• Bring a Flashlight or Headlamp
  Because it can be very dark at night in the mountains and also because we may be exploring caves, a reliable flashlight or headlamp will be very handy.

• Prepare for Mountain Weather
  Summers are typically warm, dry, and pleasant, but the mountains have their own rhythm. Be prepared for sudden temperature changes, especially at higher altitudes, and pack layers for varying conditions throughout the day.

• Rain Happens, Even in Summer
  While the climate is mostly sunny, rain showers keep the forests lush and green. A lightweight rain jacket or umbrella is recommended.

• Nature at Its Wildest
  The Bucegi Mountains are one of the most unspoiled natural areas in Europe, home to wildlife such as wolves and bears.
  Although these animals are shy and avoid humans (especially in groups), it's worth knowing about their presence as part of the region's untamed beauty.
