The Preparing for Contact workshops are designed to deepen our connection to the cosmos and our inner selves. Over nine engaging days, we explore the areas of extraterrestrial contact, spiritual growth and personal development, within a supportive and person-centered group setting.

Preparing for a Paradigm Shift

Throughout history, moments of profound transformation have changed the way we see ourselves and the world.
These paradigm shifts - whether scientific, cultural or spiritual in nature - unfold naturally in stages, inviting us to step into a new reality at our own pace.
Recognizing these stages can help us better understand where we are now, both individually and collectively, as we approach the next great paradigm shift: Open Contact with extraterrestrial civilizations.

1. Dis-Covery and Exploration – Awakening the Mind

Every paradigm shift begins with a surprising discovery.
New ideas emerge that challenge the familiar and open doors to new possibilities.
At this stage, curiosity and wonder are further fueled by the realization that we are getting from something much grander, something we do not yet know and that challenges what we thought we knew. New truths seem to exist.

This stage can feel both fascinating and confusing and frightening, depending on each person. Hence a “paradigm shift” when Open Contact is both an individual and collective process !
People can be attracted to it on the one hand and at the same time still hold on to existing, often limiting beliefs.
A 'paradigm shift' by definition challenges our 'existing truths'.
In this context : the origin of UFOs (or UAPs), extraterrestrial life and cosmic connections has inspired the curiosity of a relatively small group of precursors for generations, but it was often dismissed as fantasy or speculation.
And that was still possible in Stage 1 ... but as it becomes increasingly difficult to ignore extraterrestrial presence and contact experiences, curiosity is evolving into something deeper - a willingness to explore what exists beyond our known reality.

2. Integration and Deepening – Aligning the Heart

As awareness grows, these ideas begin to take deeper root.
They inspire deep inquiry and a desire to understand better.
At the same time, it can evoke great resistance and fear, because new perspectives often require us to let go of the old.
This stage 2 is both a challenge and an opportunity ... it is a critical phase.
It is a time of inner and external questioning, when old beliefs can feel threatened and fear of the unknown can arise.
But it is also a time of awakening, when curiosity is transformed into action - exploring these new ideas, examining them and beginning to integrate them within our understanding.

In the context of Open Contact, humanity is now entering this phase.
Observations of spaceships, encounters and communications with extraterrestrial civilizations are no longer confined to the realm of science fiction.
These phenomena are now openly discussed in the mainstream media, by governments and in scientific studies.
Although skepticism and fear still exist, and are even fueled by movies and entertainment, there is increasing public awareness and openness to explore what this means for the future of humanity.
For those who are ready for this adventure and dare to move beyond their uncertainty for the unknown, this phase is an invitation to expand our consciousness and attune to the high-frequency energies that accompany this shift.

3. Transformation and Expression – Embodying the Soul

The final phase of a paradigm shift is when the new reality becomes part of who we are. It is no longer something we question or resist; it is something to be lived, embodied, developed and expressed.
At this stage, we integrate the new paradigm into our daily lives, shaping our choices, our relationships and even our understanding of the world.
What once seemed improbable or impossible becomes a natural, self-evident phenomenon at this stage, again creating space for further growth, transformation and, over time, the next “paradigm shift.
In fact, we have entered another timeline.
For Open Contact, this phase means moving into a state of full acceptance of the idea that we are not alone and a part of the cosmos in cooperation and coexistence with other civilizations.
This is about recognizing our role in the greater cosmic whole and embodying the energies of oneness, balance and alignment.
However, this phase is not just about contact with something outside of us - it is about the internal transformation we are making that deals with the theme of connection and connectedness ... with ourselves, with each other, with all life on our planet and in the cosmos.

The Essassani indicate that when they make open contact with our world, it is contact with everything connected to our world ... the planet, nature, all life, including humanity.
For them, Open Contact is all-encompassing because it is a coming together of consciousness.

Where are we now?

The upcoming “paradigm shift” is complex as it has “not quite” gone through a natural process in the collective consciousness.
Part of humanity is in the first stage of discovery and another part in the second stage of awareness and integration.
And super small part is already in the third stage.
In itself it is a normal phenomenon that there is a distribution over the phases but in this case there is a huge energetic momentum building up where a relatively large group has remained in phase 1 or even not yet perceived.
This is a time of immense potential where the phases and energies of Open Contact are beginning to move and come into the consciousness of many at a very high rate and an intense process is starting from the 'mind' to the heart.
Although fear and resistance may still continue to circulate, the momentum toward integration is undeniable and inescapable.

Recognizing these stages can be helpful not only in our personal journey but also to begin to understand the shift at the individual level in others.
Trust ero that - whether you are feeling curious, questioning or already fully ready to integrate - the journey naturally unfolds when we are sufficiently attuned to the energies of this transformation ... 'riding the wave' they call it.
So this is a time of immense possibility, and it invites us to move beyond our fear and resistance to a state of curiosity and openness.
It is a time to explore what contact really means and to prepare ourselves energetically, emotionally and spiritually for this transformative shift.

By working with small groups of no more than nine participants, we create a familiar and helpful environment where authentic connection and trust can flourish - with each other, but most importantly with yourself.
It is easy to think of contact with our cosmic family as reaching out to something “outside” us - another world, another reality. But this contact begins within.
It begins with tuning into your own authentic self, understanding your unique cosmic blueprint and embracing who you are at the deepest level.
In this personal environment, each participant feels seen, heard and valued.

A journey in which we prepare for the massive shifts by opening our minds, opening our hearts and opening our energetic channels to allow contact to occur in its fullness.
With each workshop, we explore new aspects of ourselves, our role in the cosmos and the profound energies of connection and connection.

Phase 1: 'Un'covering – Awakening the Mind

In the first phase, we open our Mind to the unknown.
It is a journey of wonder, curiosity and discovering new possibilities in the world around us.
Here we expand our awareness of humanity's place in the cosmos and begin to recognize the subtle energies of contact.
It is in a sense a form of dis-closure ... but the “dis-closure” of our own mind.

The Mind is encouraged to allow new perspectives, to explore by understanding key concepts such as resonance, entanglement (how everything is connected) and synchronicities.
And so much more.
This phase provides clarity and a foundation, bringing our Mind into a state of curiosity and opening to new possibilities without being overwhelmed.

What does this phase look like :

Day 1: Cosmic Connection Fundamentals.
Together we explore humanity's place in the universe, the basics of resonance and other metaphysical beginnings as well as the unfolding stages of Open Contact, as this is quite a process.
Through guided meditations and insights into Cosmic Human Design, we will build a foundation for this transformative journey.
Day 2: Increase Frequency.
This day we learn simple yet powerful techniques to shift to a higher vibrational frequency.
Through energy healing (ET Healing), breath work and sound exercises, you will discover how to attune to the frequencies that support your transformation and we will discover where we may still have inner work to do.
Day 3: Recognizing Signs of Contact
We explore how to recognize synchronicities, energetic shifts and other subtle signs that are reflections of the strengthening connection between humanity and our cosmic family.
For let us realize, contact has long since begun, but few notice these subtle communications.

Phase 2: Integration – Aligning the Heart

The second phase brings you inward.
Here we connect with the heart, integrate what we have discovered, and deepen our connection with ourselves and the universe.
This is where transformation deepens - fears, resistances and blockades become clearly discernible, emotional tools are provided and intuitive communication begins.
Once we land in our hearts, the healing process can really begin.
Especially at this stage, you get in touch with what we call ET Healing in our practice.
The heart represents trust, emotional openness and attunement to higher frequencies. By working with emotions and intuitive exercises, we open the pathways for deeper connection.
This stage bridges the gap between thinking and anchoring and integrates what has been learned into the heart realm.
It looks something like this:

Day 4: Emotional preparation for contact.
We create a gentle, supportive space to face any fears or blockages.
During ET-Healing group sessions we explore tools for emotional alignment, shadow work and embracing your personal journey with confidence and openness to yourself.
Day 5: Heart-centered Communication.
This day focuses on your intuitive abilities and telepathic connection.
Through simple and guided exercises, you will learn to receive and interpret multidimensional messages from a place of love and clarity.
Day 6: The Role of Nature in Contact
Nature is an amazing bridge to higher consciousness.
Through outdoor meditations and group activities, we deepen our connection to the earth and tune into the natural frequencies that support Open Contact.

Phase 3: Transformation – Embodying the Soul

In the third phase we bring everything together and bring it out.
It's about transformation and expression - embodying who we really are and our unique contribution to the world.
With what we have learned, how can we step into our role as co-creators in this profound shift and live in alignment with multidimensional consciousness.
The body becomes the anchor for transformation, allowing us to ground (actually channel) these higher frequencies and live in alignment with our cosmic blueprint. The heart becomes the portal through which our passion and actions are fed.
Our soul and our blueprint for this life are always seeking its way into expression and connecting us to a greater cosmic consciousness for the purpose of being co-creators of this world - in cooperation with each other and our great cosmic family.

What will that look like :

Day 7: Activating Connections and Cosmic Contact
This day we explore some of the extraterrestrial and hybrid civilizations and multidimensional consciousness.
We align with the energies that allow us to invite and experience contact in order to co-create Open Contact.
Day 8: The Galactic Perspective
This day we zoom in on the evolution of humanity and the role extraterrestrial civilizations play in our collective journey to a more connected and awakened future.
We explore how timelines, parallel realities and how the concepts of past, present and future intersect ... tricky topic for the Mind ... important to get a feel for this.
We will discover how working from your “excitement” can help you consciously navigate through timelines toward desired realities.
Day 9: Living in Oneness with the Cosmos
This day we complete the circle from the perspective that evolution is a spiral!
We integrate what we have learned in these workshops in a very practical way full of co-creation.
This day is not the end, but the beginning of a new journey, with practical tools and exercises to stay 'in alignment', grounded and open to the energies of this transformation.

Weekend Workshops

For those who prefer more compact contact moments and possibly to dive even deeper into the experience and this energy, we also offer this journey to Open Contact in the form of weekend workshops.
These look as follows :

Weekend 1: Exploration - Foundations of Cosmic Connection
This weekend we dive deeper into frequency enhancement as well as attunement and the ability to connect with your guides.
