Step 2 begins to refine perception by helping us recognize the first subtle changes that occur when ET Guidance or a healing field becomes present. By learning our ordinary baseline and noticing what shifts from there, contact becomes less dependent on dramatic experiences and increasingly recognizable through the language of our own human instrument.
